Offline-first mobile scanning

From scan to system in one motion.

ScanAtlas captures QR codes, barcodes, and NFC tags, then turns each scan into organized history, synced spreadsheets, direct cloud backups, print queues, and automation-ready records. It is built for operators, small teams, and power users who want fast scanning without losing control of their data.

Core feature set

Everything after the beep is where ScanAtlas wins.

The app is designed around what happens after a scan: validation, history, enrichment, export, automation, and recovery. The result is a scanner that feels fast in the hand but structured enough for real workflows.

Scan

QR, barcode, image import, and NFC

Capture live camera scans, import from gallery, run deeper scan passes for denser scenes, and support NFC read or write where enabled.

  • Live camera scanning with torch and zoom
  • Deep Scan and batch collection flows
  • NFC read and optional NFC write support
Hist

Organized history with folders, search, and notes

Every scan can become structured history with timestamps, duplicates, notes, folders, stars, and custom fields for later review.

  • Unlimited history on paid tiers
  • Folders, starring, and search
  • Optional biometric protection for sensitive tabs
Sync

Google Sheets sync and offline queueing

Push scans to user-selected spreadsheets with configurable columns and queue rows locally until connectivity returns.

  • Custom column schema
  • Queued offline rows
  • User-authorized Google account access only
API

Webhooks and scan flow automation

Send structured scan payloads to external services, or chain ordered actions with rule-based scan flows for repeated work.

  • Multi-endpoint webhook delivery
  • Custom headers and retry queueing
  • Conditional scan flow automation
Bkup

Cloud backup, restore, and recovery

Protect local scan history and app settings with JSON snapshot backups that can be restored later when a device changes or data needs to be recovered.

  • Google Drive direct backup
  • iCloud Drive and Files support
  • Restore from stored snapshots
Print

Analytics, OCR, and label output for operations

Move beyond one-off scanning with history analytics, OCR-assisted capture, and Zebra label printing for logistics and inventory work.

  • Analytics summaries and exports
  • On-device label OCR assistance
  • Batch label print queue support

Workflow shape

Capture. route. restore.

ScanAtlas is designed as a loop, not a one-time tool. Capture data quickly, push it into the systems that matter, and keep a restorable backup of the result.

01

Capture with context

Scan live, import from the gallery, or tap an NFC tag. Then attach custom fields, notes, OCR-assisted entries, and location details where the workflow needs them.

02

Route to the right destination

Send rows to Google Sheets, trigger HTTP webhooks, sort into folders, queue labels for print, or let a scan flow decide what should happen next.

03

Recover when devices change

Backup snapshots preserve local history and settings so the user can restore their ScanAtlas workspace from Google Drive or a chosen file destination.

Privacy and control

Connected features stay user-driven.

ScanAtlas is local-first by default. Scan history, folders, notes, settings, and queued actions stay on the device unless the user explicitly exports, syncs, backs up, prints, or routes data to a destination they choose.

Optional Google connections Google Sheets sync and Google Drive backup are separate features that stay off until the user signs in and grants access.
Operator-controlled destinations Webhooks, exports, share sheets, and print queues send data only to the endpoints, apps, folders, or printers the user selects.
Public policies The Privacy Policy and Terms of Service stay publicly available and are linked from every page on this site.

Plan by workflow

Free, Pro, and Business

ScanAtlas scales from fast personal scanning to heavier operational routing, recovery, and automation workflows without changing the core experience.

Pro Unlimited history, direct backup, NFC write, biometric lock, deeper scanning, and expanded creation tools.
Business Sheets sync, webhooks, scan flows, OCR-assisted capture, Zebra printing, and full analytics breakdowns.
